Well my total on ebay is £144 before fees, so i reckon about £115 after fees have come off maybe a little more. Not bad considering at least 3 of the 8 items were destined for the charity shop! Hope everyone else has done as they hoped today and have a great week all.

  • That is me listed another few things on ebay - I find it the most boring thing on earth to do but I hope it gets me a bit more. Also found an old phone in the cupboard that I am getting £8.80 back for recycling (and hopefully £2.50 cashback from the phone recycling site)

eBay listings finished and I am really pleased. In particular, two great items. A notebook that wasn't booting up, that was sold for £56.55, but the big item. A plastic spatula that I sold for £15.99 plus postage. Yes it really was just a new white spatula, paid through PayPal straight away plus postage, what more can you want. In total, my eBay sales came to £90 including fees. This doesn't include postage, so fingers crossed, it may be a little bit more if i have over-estimated on postage/packaging costs.

I will get my totals updated once it has been withdrawn and in my account :D

  • Ebay listings ended today and ended up with about £20 after fees - not bad going considering a lot of it is old surplus Avon stock which is just not shifting and I cant send back!!

Couple of surveys completed but my main aim is to join a cashback site as it seems everybody is doing it on here - anyone recommend any??

    Morning all.

xBuNn - £15.99 for a spatula!?! That's it, I'm off to Wilkos at lunchtime! :D

I also had an ebay sale yesterday - £22, not bad for an item I bought for £3.43 this time last year. :T

Ruthy1604 - Not sure you can reclaim expired vouchers. I had a look the other day and I've got about £11 unspent and now expired. Some were my Christmas ones from last year too. If you find a way of getting them back, please post here as I'd like to try too.

Quidco and Topcashback are the main ones. I prefer Topcashback as Quidco charge £5 a year but always worth checking whether they pay out more. If you want a referral to Topcashback then feel free to pm me and will split the bonus.

Hello Everyone ....Please Can I join in ????

I have just been reading through this thread and its very motivating ... I currently do alot of things listed on here - others i will have to look into ;)...... I plan to save the money and pay off bills etc before August and anything after that to go in a pot ready towards xmas ...So I really hope to reach the goal by trying everything and also de- cluttering the house .

I currently have tons of stuff to go on ebay so I need to get stuck into that , and I have sold a few of my daughters old toys on amazon over the weekend so I will add them later after fees , postage etc :o

  • Yay I am off the mark :j £157.21 of Ebays sales (after fees), with another £54.63 yet to be paid for. At last I can put a figure in my signature.

Yesterday spent the day sorting through my toddlers bedroom of duplicated or grown out of toys and clothes that, her bedroom is immaculate but the rest of the house has suffered as there are now boxes of car boot stuff ready for the better weather to go into the loft together with three big boxes of stuff to ebay which I just could not be bothered to do last night, guess what I am doing tonight!!!

Up to £235 thanks to overtime.

    Made £2.24 on eBay, it's a start!

Try Zapper and we buy books but getting pennies for things that still sell well on eBay.

Also on Friday I won a signed Wigan football shirt, VIP tickets for tonight's match and cases of lucozade. Had to give up the VIP tickets as to short notice and it would have cost me nearly £400 to fly over from Northern Ireland, Hotel and travel etc. I told the lucozade team to give the tickets to a charity in Wigan. But don't real know what they will do with them. But I tried to help others.
