I know i'm late but I'm in; i've already saved £237.11/£2012. I'm on a very limited salary and with £5000 debts i hope to pay off another big whack come Christmas time.0

This sounds like a great challenge. The £2012 would cancel out two of my largest debts quicker and get us a well earned holiday sooner. Items lined up for e-bay, mystery shopping restarted and partyplan job started. Time to make some changes!0

Just listed 2 items on ebay so did what I said I would :T:T! Can you tell I'm not keen on listing stuff?!
Just off to join the ebay challenge too so I can keep going.
I have the same...it is so boring doing the listing but worth it if it sells.
Can I join in on the challenge? I am hoping to save £3150 this year and I know it's a weird amount but it is what I need and anything more is a bonus.
My husband is a gardener so his work is seasonal and he doesn't work from December to mid March or weather depending. So what I really need to do is save for living expenses for the period he is out of work and to cover Christmas. So at the moment I am very behind and have only managed £15.12 but I am waiting on £4.53 from Quidco and I have items listed on Ebay. I do have a few debts that needs to be paid off as soon as DH gets back to work but I will look into listing more on Ebay, Music Magpie and Surveys etc.
Can anyone else give me ideas of what to do or is there a info thread somewhere?

Not particularly money saving but I did a survey a few days ago and they have sent me samples to try. There are 4 lots of full size products! I suppose I could put some money in to cover what I would have spent on these products which I think will last about 6 months. Is it sad to be excited about my samples?!!Fashion on a ration 0 of 660

Sorry don't know how to do fancy links etc but this is the ebay challenge I've signed up to - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3756935
I've said I'm not bothered about stars etc, just need a bit of motivation to get it done even if it's just a few things a week as it all adds up doesn't it.

I would say it is money saving because you wont have to purcahse any similar products whilst you use them...
Oh and is it sad to be excited about your samples? Yes but I get just as excited so we're both sad!:p

Another £3 claimed from Mysurvey. They seem to be sending me a lot of surveys at the moment!
Also claimed £10 amazon code from V.O.
£2 Unilever voucher in the post for a genuine complaint.
