Ok i need some eb@y advice, i have been selling things quite happily but its complicated to work out how much i make each time with all the deducting as p@ypal deducts from the postage and item cost combined. Does anyone have any good tips for recording eb@y sales so you can work out how much you are actually making?

Price the ebay item went for

    MINUS

    Ebay fees to list item
    Ebay final value fees
    Paypal fees

EQUALS = how much money you make

Sold 2 books on Amazon and earned £12.63 (got extra as it didn't cost me as much as Amazon give you to send items on). Am a 1/4 of the way to the £2012 now as over £500 :j!

Having a slow month this month as we are doing lots of things to the house, but managed to sell another book on Amazon this morning so another £5.58 to the pot plus managed to find the energy to list another 28 items on Ebay, going to do some more tonight as determined to sell 100 items this month, that would be 100 items of declutter too gone :j have some of the paypal money winging its way to my account and also going to bank to bank the cash i had in the house tonight which when I look at my total by the end of the week at the latest my savings account will be into 4 figures, I cannot wait, this account has never had more than about £50 in it before will keep opening my online banking just to stare in amazement :rotfl:

Keep up the good work everyone

I've earnt £31.51 from ebay sales and another £300 was given to me as a gift from my Aunty (we're expecting a baby any day now) so that is all going in the pot. I'm glad that I've almost hit two months worth in February as I didn't start the challenge until this month and think it may be a little harder for me to earn extra once the little one arrives!

I am waiting for cheques from MusicMagpie & Zapper as well, so that will help a bit. Have PM'd Meenie with my updated totals.
