Sold 3 items on ebay at weekend and they have all paid. That adds another £13.04 to my total. Not a huga amount but the were things that kids had outgrown and, in the past, I would have sent to c/s or recycled.

When will I be paid?Payments will be made monthly on the last working day of the following month. Any payments requested during October will be paid on the last working day of November. Payments are usually made before 12pm on that day.

I know that's how it usually works, was merely expressing frustration at how long it takes! :)

    Hello all!

Have cashed in some consumer pts for £20 Argos voucher as I need a new frying pan and baking trays but won't add to my total til I actually use them. Still got 20,000pts (£20) in there too :j Also noticed today I've £3.04 on my B00ts Ad card and £29 on my nektar card which I will cash in eventually. Oh, Ive got some MrT klubcard vouchers online somewhere, never know what to use them on though, never seem to find any reward deals that suit me :o

Hurrah! Tax refund of £119.51 arrived today, which I would never have even thought to apply for if it wasn't for MSE and the helpful folks on the tax board. Combined with a £2.02 JTD voucher that takes me halfway to the first thousand with £500.77 :D:D

£30 in clubcard vouchers arrived too, but won't count them just yet - need to spend them on shopping, then save the money that would have been spent...

I've been loving this thread so far :) Been saving all year but not keeping track of anything - just have different pots for different things and it seems to be going well.

I was just wondering, what kind of items are you guys selling on ebay? I used to do quite well on ebay a couple of years ago but make less & less these days. Now I rarely list anything and whenever I do it only ever seems to sell for 99p! I know how to list effectively but there is so much on ebay these days I think it's harder to make money. Now I pop most of my unwanted items in the 'car boot' box ready for the spring as I feel like it's a waste of time packaging items up & trekking to the post office just for 99p.

So yes, would love to know what you guys sell :)

Ok i need some eb@y advice, i have been selling things quite happily but its complicated to work out how much i make each time with all the deducting as p@ypal deducts from the postage and item cost combined. Does anyone have any good tips for recording eb@y sales so you can work out how much you are actually making?

I have just saved £14.01 in multibuys at supermarket, also got another £5 voucher for spending £60. At the moment there is also 10p off a litre of petrol when you spend over a certain amount, but I don't drive so my mum has those.
Anyway, i,m going to add another £19.01 to my total.
Nothing happening with my current e*bay listings yet:(, but they have another 5 days to go.
Wanted to get more on there today but I haven't got round to it. Have managed to dig out some more stuff to list though. Brand name summer tops that the kids have grown out of, but still got lots of wear in them. Gonna put them on for 99p and see how it goes. I would have freecycled them otherwise, so anything is good.:).
Keep up the hard work everyone, it can be hard to keep making extra cash sometimes. Last month seemed so easy, I hope I can get near to that amount this month.
