There was a glitch and a lot of boy's clothes disappeared and came back again later. I ordered during the glitch and had an email but the orders placed during the glitch have not shown up in my account.

1st year and my slot isn't until 7am tomorrow. Majority of the stuff I want is still in stock so fingers crossed it stays that way! £261 however. Oopsie maybe it would be luck if some stuff did go out of stock!

Hi, don't give up if an item is showing oos. An item I was keen to order which was showing earlier as oos on the VIP sale site, later showed as in stock on the main site (just type in the item code to check). I have just logged into the VIP website and successfully ordered it (I hope!):j

Bit of a silly question but do you HAVE to log in at 7am or can it be anytime after that since the slot is 7-12.

My 10 year old DD was sat with me whilst I placed my orders tonight. I told her not to tell her Dad how much I had spent but he gave her 50p and she told him everything! :mad:

first ever vip slot, so very happy. Remember reading that it normally comes xmas eve - is that right - order did say by 31st, but would be great if before?

You can log in anytime during your slot but the earlier the better before everything goes. My slot was 7.30-midnight and I logged in exactly at 7.30. I also used quickshop to add items before they sold out.

I came across the system error where all the boys clothes were sold out but ten mins later they reappeared and I got everything I wanted and more. Some lovely John crane wooden toys too
