I've placed an order and received a confirmation email - however the order doesn't appear on the website. Is that normal?

Did anyone else have a restricted invite? It would only let me book the first slot today even though others could pick an earlier slot.

I've had that too, placed 3 orders but only 2 showed on my account balance, apparently they can take 24 hours to show on your account. I haven't checked yet this morning but do have 3 confirmation emails

Had a great time in my slot last night, spent £500 in 16 minutes but not all for me. All my childrens clothes were in stock apart from 1. Also bagged some Hunter Wellies for £30 so well pleased with those.

Just spoke to customer service, they have had some issues with duplicate orders and in the case of one item i ordered it apparently went through 6 times. Their team are aware of this, and I should only receive the quantity that i ordered but I should keep an eye out.

Just thought I'd let you all know so you didn't have the heart attack I just had when it showed my recent purchase balance.

my slot was at 6pm, got everything i wanted apart from 3 things, all the kids clothes sorted! spent £800 on 2 orders not much for money saving lol

The two furniture items I ordered, we really wanted (to go with the Opus II oak corner shelf we bought recently), so as soon as I could get on, I ordered them and checked them out, incase they went from my basket, then left the missus to continue ordering what she wanted udner a separate order.

However, some of the clothes for our son (trousers) were out of stock within 5 minutes of the sale opening, despite the listing saying they still had his size.

Our items will be coming in batches, with the first due by 31st December, then some in January, and the last lot nearer February, I think.

Think the same must have happened with mine, recent purchase balance looks like almost double what i've ordered. Have printed out confirmation emails, so will tick off when each item arrives and check the bill very carefully...

Thanks. My "Recent Sales" figure is not totalling the right amount I spent last night. I have received confirmation emails, but not everything is showing in my account at the moment.

Also, I noticed last night an extra couple of pound got added to my recent sales and that was way after I had made an order. So not sure whats going on :-|

my recent sales are showing as £876 i only spent £330 i dont know whats going on
