Mine is showing i spent £1400 when it was no where near that. I have sent an email. But no reply as yet.

Even though the total is not adding up to the right amount in my account, everything I ordered is now showing in the Order Tracking with 2 things planned for dispatch tomorrow.

Just checked my account, and the 'recent sales' currently add up to less than the amount we ordered - maybe some stuff has subsequently gone out of stock? (haven't got the order confimrations to hand to check them against).

Also, the two furniture items I ordered at 7:30pm last night, is saying should be delivered by 23rd December.... today??!!

That will be quick, if they manage it, not that we particularly wanted or needed them this quick!

I have only been billed for items that are in stock and will be delivered next week. If you look in my account summery and the go to reserved items these are the items that have a 2-6 week wait for delivery. You are only billed one these are dispatched. HTH. x

Just had a message to say that it is a fault on the system and that accounts should be rectified by tomorrow. HTH

Hi, was wondering if any of the next vip experts could help please!
I had a slot last night for 9pm, the main item I was after (opus shoe drop down £99) was showing in stock but once I logged on it was out of stock. When I checked the main site it was still in stock so ordered it.
Do you think there is anyway I can get it at the sale price (£40)?
