I placed an order online and on the 22nd dec got an e-mail to say order was being dispatched in 3 parcels and should be delivered by 31st dec. 2 parcels are out for delivery today and the other just says order generated. I hope they havnt lost it should I be worried?

I made 2 seperate orders on Thursday morning and only the small one with 2 items are showing

Ordered lots of sale stuff, got e-mail saying order on way, in two parcels. One parcel turned up today, looked on tracking and the other one said returned to sender. Rang Next, they looked into, didn't know why it was returned, but cannot re send. Now all items sold out. Not a happy bunny!!!

This has happened to me before, and is SO frustrating! I was completely baffled as my courier always leaves my parcels in the garage so it wasn't as if it couldn't be delivered! I'm sure I've read somewhere on here in the past that someone actually ended up getting money off items in the current directory. Not sure but may be worth asking whether there will be any compensation...nothing to lose. Good luck

I wouldn't worry just yet.. my order is showing completely randomly! I received 2 parcels today and others say delivery by 31 Dec or order received! I am sure your 3rd parcel will turn up they're always a bit random after the VIP slots.

My order came today practically everything that I was told would be delivered by the 31st. At first I missed the courier and rang the number on the card and I was told that the courier came but I was not in. I was surprised at this as usually my courier just drops my packages over my fence. This was my usual arrangement over the last two years. Was told that the courier service had changed and they would do this next time. Went out and came back this evening and all my packages were over the fence. Well pleased. Just waiting for a top and some bedding and that will be my order completed.

P.S just had an email from next to say that more price reductions online had a look don't know why I bothered practically nothing left worth having.

I haven't received a thing yet, they keep saying online one item will be delivered that day and then later change it to the next day.

They have blocked my order into 3 deliveries, single items I have the option of cancelling and then a block of items with no cancel option, does anyone know why it doesn't me the option to cancel these items please? Think I would rather cancel the lot now rather than be charged for postage as it looks like a pair of socks is the only item dispatching anytime soon.

^^ i'm pretty sure that if there's no option to cancel then those items are in stock and should be despatched soon, when is there suggested delivery date? the ones that you can cancel normally have a further away delivery date and are the ones that you're less likely to get.

This happened to me in the summer VIP - 14 items went missing - all branded stuff despite having email to say they were on the way. Was told it was delivered but never was! Then Next looked into it more and my stuff had been missed and of course everything out of stock. Needless to say I complained and they gave me 4 months to choose what I wanted at sale price from the autumn/winter directory up to the value of what I spent before as was their fault!:rotfl:
