            i placed an order this morning for around 12 items and got a confirmation email of these but when i go to track order only the item that was due in 6 weeks is showing is that right or... :think: thanks0

 I made an order last night and not everything was showing in my account till today.0

 I've always found Next Customer Services to be really good so I would honestly try calling them and asking if you can have it at the sale price. Did you have a VIP slot? You could always say that you had problems with your slot. I would absolutely say thats its worth a try...you have nothing to lose. Good luck0

 stuff that is returned to store has to be returned back to the Directory warehouse, it is not put back on sale instore
 however, most furniture is excluded from the normal returns policy and they charge a £30 collection/admin fee if you return it
