why it is showing you products that are sold out?

also i have done 3 orders because some products weren't there the 1st time i ordered like electricals etc. do you think if i phoned up they would combine postage?

^^ yep, they will drop delivery charges and just charge one - email them through their contact page on their website.

I'm new to Next (had an account since Nov) how would I know if I can shop? I'm logged into my account, would it just pop up?

I'm a bit concerned, I placed my first order, then did a couple more while it was crashing. So far on my account the only order showing up is the quick shop one. I've got emails for the rest but they're not on my account. Am I worrying a bit too soon?

I think it can sometimes take a while to show in your account.

You can only shop at the moment if you have a VIP slot, if you do it will be showing on the left hand side when you log into your account. You will have had to register for your time slot.

lol! next sale has went mad. i add an item to basket and tells me its out of stock then i try later and its available.maybe its when someone takes it out there basket i dunno. i really want the heart sweater!!
