I am only getting 3 items of boyswear now, does this sound right or is the website not working? It was at 94 pages earlier and there is now only 11 pages of girlswear. My slot isn't until tomorrow morning, that is rubbish

For once didn't have the first vip slot but got 7.30pm. Logged in a few minutes before, waiting for the count down timer to elapse which refreshed the page and away I went; 2 minutes in and got 9 of 12 things so not bad at all; just checked again now and only 1 of them still in stock. Nice smooth process which Next should be commended for, as that volume of customers at the same time is enough to take down even the best websites.

Managed to get about half of what was on my list. All the home stuff I would have liked, is out of stock :-(

Just went to have another browse, but now it's not working. Some categories are not showing and some are showing no results!!!

I think I read this in the thread somewhere, but if I was to make another order, can I email them and ask to pay only one delivery charge?

website has gone mad!! according to their Facebook page Next are looking into it - it hasn't all sold out!!

I have been charged full price for my order. I have just been told that when I get my delivery (or deliveries), if they go through at full-price I will have to call them back. Whilst I was hanging on, I ordered some perfume that was oos but was then in stock. I have asked for the delivery charge to be refunded and am still hanging on.

I think the quickshop still works so if you know the number you will be ok, the browsing feature seems to have gone. Just checked out as this was happening hope it is ok, have my confirmation order so fingers crossed!
