You need to log in using the link from the email. If you go direct via My Account it won't give sale prices. And you need to do this for each and every order you place, best also to close internet explorer after each order and start from fresh.

Phew! Got everything i wanted (and more!), £365 later (but there is 5 of us and DH needed new work trousers/shirts and all 3 children needed new duvets! Plus got a couple of bits for next christmas lol!)

was def in link for 1st order but wonder if it took me to normal site for other 2 orders lets hope they honour the prices

They should honour them. Happened to me last year, girl on CS was well stroppy about 'my mistake' but eventually gave refund. Bit of a hassle though.

Thank you for that, I am somewhat worried about it all as it wasn't only my order but one for my sister and mum. I honestly went through email link but did'nt want to stop mid order to ring them in case things sold out. I really hope they do or it will all be going back Just writing them an email so i have it in writing. Customer services were very helpful I would ve just felt happier if I'd have had def answer tonight

I had the order go through at full price in the last sale and they eventually sorted it out - I think they actually gave me back more than they should have done!

Got my order placed this evening surprisingly smoothly - one item on a 7 week delay :eek: but it is only a necklace so will be a nice surprise when it turns up as I will no doubt have forgotten about it by then

I'm so impatient waiting for my slot haha! Doing out my living room and I'm wanting the Opus Mango furniture and so happy to see some of it in the sale but I hope it's all left!

If anyone has access and is finished please can you check these for me?

I thought they would but the site hasn't been updated since ten to six.

I think I'm now realising just how spoiled I've been having the first slot in VIP sales up to now....everything I think I want is going to be gone by 7am tomorrow morning!! Oh well nevermind!
