Yes! Email or call and they refund the additional charges. I do it every sale. I put my "must haves" through quickshop, checkout, then go back in and browse for extras. They have always refunded.

dont think i will bother waiting for my slot, as its not showing anything i wanted - really why was there a made rush on bras in a size 32F in the first time slot? DDs gonna have to cram them in her 32Es for a while longer lol

Any suggestions anyone? i put in my orders - did it in 2 parts - defo went through the vip link but got charged full price when i got email confs - rang customer services and the 2nd person i spoke to (had to ring again as was getting nowhere with the first) told me to ring back when i received the goods and if statement shows full prices they will honour the sale prices. Do you think they will? i got her name, time, date etc but a bit worried im going to end up paying full price for everything

DH is nagging me to buy a 3D tv when there is nothing wrong with the tv we have. Wish I'd never mentioned it now! It's a good offer at £599 but we don't need one!

You need to be careful if you place more than one order.....make sure you close your browser and log in again following the link from the VIP invitation email otherwise you won't get SALE prices.

Wish they updated the sale preview. My slot's not until 7:30 and I know full well that a lot of what the kids need will be gone, just wish I knew how much might be left. Haven't done a list this time. I'm sure I'll be able to find something to buy though.

I was logged in and then followed the link. Really quick and painless this year. Only missed out on the Daisy perfume.

Me too and I got the same response I def logged in after 6 and my 3 orders have come through at full price. I've spoken to 2 diff people and the 2nd stated that they can see I had the slot and that the prices will be charged at sale prices and to ring once they've been dispatched but like you I'm worried too

I always thought in previous sales they do update as the night goes on?? as some stuff goes completely, or sizes go as the night goes on so they must update??
