My order went through at full price. Next CS say I'm to return the goods and re-order. Difficult when the things are now OOS!

i put VIP into the search box and got some bits - i didnt get offered a slot but picked up a few bargains. Not sure that is is showing all sale stock but you might get lucky!

Mine too, I rang them and they've told me that once things arrive I'm to ring them and they will honour the sale prices. I doubted this so rang back few minutes later and asked if I should try and re-order some bits as they were still in stock but she said not to worry that my account had been marked stating sale prices to be honoured. What a nightmare!!

I had a VIP slot at 6pm and did a quick shop as I was scared that the site was going to crash or even worst what I wanted was going to go oos. Checked out within 20mins. Then woe behold electricals appeared so I quickly phoned customer service and asked if I could add an iron to my order without incurring another delivery charge and it was no problem. Normally in the past I had to rebook another VIP slot after checkout but the site seems to let me back in againn to continue shopping is that because my slot was from 6pm til midnight?

To the Next Sale experts: your advice please:!
For those of us without at VIP invitation, what's the difference between shopping online on 24th compared with in-store on 26th? Where is there likely to be more stock and/or better deals?
