Not before conviction, unless you can evidence otherwise?0 -

Yes it will be, before conviction, but not neccessarily until it's left police hands, they do treat everyone equaly (badly).I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Didn't think you'd have anything to back it up. If they treat everyone equally badly that's not discrimination is it?cyclonebri1 wrote: »Yes it will be, before conviction, but not neccessarily until it's left police hands, they do treat everyone equaly (badly).0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Just check again as to what you have written and how I have replied, ie, equal treatment by police, (as they want to nick every/anyone, but when it gets to the powers that be, well they do have some degree of intelligence and also realise the life plan, ie, mistakes are made later in life, but not through intent.
Oh, and I don't need to back up anything against a stalking troll such as you,
Enjoy your "feed".I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Confused old man spends 30 hours lost on an M25 journey that should have taken 1 hour.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Thanks to all who have taken the time to post a reply (or opinion) healthy debate should anlways be encouraged I beleive.
However back to the matter in hand, i queried his insurance company about his ability to drive and they were not in the least bit interested.
The police didn't seem to be able to do anything (although if he hit my car with a hammer and caused over £400 of damage they would have!) so i either pay for the damage myself or claim from my insurance (£150 excess + some loss of NCD).
Meanwhile other driver gets off scott free.
Last resort is hoping Karma steps in and gives me a little lottery win :-(0 -

We used to have some old girl round here, blind as a bat , used to always drive in the centre of the road. Other drivers got up on pavement when they saw her approaching. 6 months ago she collided with a line of parked cars and the Police finally had her licence revoked, insisted she took an eyesight test which she failed miserably. They can do it if they want to.You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0 -

or sue the other driver in the small claims court and then a judge will decide whether he believes your version & evidence or the other drivers version. (in reality, it's likely that the other drivers insurance company will just pay rather than defending the case)0
