    Ok, one item of a three item order arrived today (was promised all would arrive today) - will be giving them a rocket again tomorrow - this is an order from 11th December.

    My 2 Coasters arrived yesterday. Really pleased with the quality but still awaiting an outstanding poster to arrive which I was assured had been despatched last week.

    Still no mug or coasters here either. Considering I ordered on the 11th, have emailed twice, phoned and sat in a queue on an 0843 number and been called a liar by Cher-Ching for saying their number has changed, I am now well and truly p****d off!!! Hopefully OH will be equally annoyed when I humbly explain to him tomorrow about his mug and coasters. I will let him loose with the phone numbers and email address when he goes back into work on Tuesday!!! Only wish he was a Milwall fan :mad:
