Well recieved 2/3 of mine today, after Royal Mail originaly tried to deliver on Saturday so I rearranged for today. Bit disappointed as only recieved 2 mugs and no sign of the coasters, and one of the mugs' handle is snapped off. RM have been so kind as to write 'sounds broken' on the top!
Think I will be making a phonecall to hopefully find out what's going on with the rest of the order and see if I can get a replacement mug! Shame as I am very happy with the quality and look of the undamaged one!

Thanks claire I haven't even got an order confirmation email but just checked my bank and money was taken out on the 13th so hopefully that means my mugs are on their way
