i got my 3 mugs last Friday very happy with them i had to collect from main post office as wasnt in at time of delivery...........

I'm also awaiting delivery of 2 Coasters. 3 items arrived promptly but I had to re-send a photo as the system played up when I ordered it. Emailed them last week to be advised that these 3 items have been despatched but no sign of them yet. Told to contact my local Royal Mail Sorting Office but they've left no card so I'll wait til tomorrow before speaking to these people again.

Mine have arrived fine and look lovely. I get the feeling that with so many orders due to the good price they have taken some time to send out. Worth the wait though.

I ordered 6 mugs on 10 December and they arrived 5 days later. They were sent Royal Mail and I am currently having problems with Royal mail losing 2 tracked parcels I've sent so maybe it's Royal mail rather than this company that is the problem. hope you all get sorted pre-chrsitmas.

Just rang the number Cher-Ching posted (still showing on their website) and there's a message with a new number: 0843 1162344. When you call it you go into a queue. It took all of five minutes watching the counter on the phone go round before my blood pressure hit the roof and I hung up. I've emailed again to say I want an update on the balance of my order today. Don't think they're familiar with the term customer service!
