Phoenixbird wrote: »Just rang the number Cher-Ching posted (still showing on their website) and there's a message with a new number: 0843 1162344. When you call it you go into a queue. It took all of five minutes watching the counter on the phone go round before my blood pressure hit the roof and I hung up. I've emailed again to say I want an update on the balance of my order today. Don't think they're familiar with the term customer service!
Just done a quick google search to see if there was a free number for 0843 1162344 but couldn't find anything BUT interestingly 0843 1162344 appears to be the number for a residential care home in Dorset

EDIT: Just tried the number on their website (0844 8266 644) and it does go through to them (somebody answered 'in the paper') HTH28/04/11 - A bad day for shoppers everywhere (Tesco shoppers that is!) RIP DTD :A0 -

Cher-Ching, thank you for your reply, BUT I have just phoned the number on their website again (the one you quoted in your post yesterday) and got the same message. Yes, the link you cite does indeed lead to a care home in Dorset BUT why on earth would you be placed in a queue if you were phoning a care home in Dorset?? In my experience there would either be someone available to answer the phone in a care home or not.A smile costs nothing

Ordered 3 football mugs but one had miss spelt name. Contacted company by email and they said they would send another mug. This arrived today and guess what - The SAME spelling mistake.
Too late to sort out now so asked for a refund and have received request to return the mug if I want a refund. Happy to do that if they pay postage. have sent photo of both mugs together to show the printing error as their email hinted disbelief that they had got it wrong again .......................:(0 -
Coasters arrived today, shame they didn't come in any packaging though as they actually look good quality! Will chase them up over the one mug that was damaged when I received it in the new year. This has definitely proved to me that you get what you pay for! Won't be using them again.0
