    I ordered 3 mugs on the 8th & they still haven't arrived. Got no reply to email. Very disappointed as I am 3 presents down & no explanation as to where they are!

    Has anyone had any response from there emails as i am still waiting for an order and the money was taken on the 13th of December but yet to hear anything from them, just wondering how many of us are in the same situation??!!

    I am the same - mousemat arrived 2 mugs still missing. I have had an automated response to say office closed till 4th Jan and have just e-mailed again. I would like this sorted!
