Same here, I got the mugs yesterday but no coasters and no notification, they must be waiting for the coasters to come in maybe, hopefully turn up soon, will give them a few days

Received my newspaper really quickly but been waiting since the 11th for mug and coasters. Is anyone else still waiting? I replied to their confirmation email asking whether they'd been despatched but heard nothing. Wouldn't be so bad if they'd just tell me what the delay is.

I have same issue, mugs arrived last week but still no sign or mention of the coasters.

No coasters here yet either, hope they turn up soon. Would have been better if they had let us know but there was nothing in with my mugs and no email. Fingers crossed they turn up for us all
