go to a mirror, look at yourself and ask yourself why you feel the need to do post things like this
you're a very sad little man....i suspect you are also very lonely
instead of wasting your time on here...why not use your time to help people less fortunate than yourself
I have said this to him before.
Its obvious to me that something has gone a bit wrong with his life somewhere.

Since when did the amount of money that you spend on Christmas have any relevance, whatsoever, on the pleasure of getting together with your family & friends and enjoying the season. IMHO, anyone that thinks that money is the major factor in that enjoyment is delusional and very sad indeed! However, I guess that one has to accept that a lot of society today look at spending as much money as possible as a prerequisite to enjoying the company of others, who probably have the same, very sad, viewpoint! There is a pleasure in the pathless woods, There is a rapture on the lonely shore, There is society, where none intrudes, By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more...0

The lowest price for an acceptable Christmas for a low-income family with two children is £182, a study says.
Research for the charity Family Action says the poorest families will spend two-thirds less on the festivities than the average family.
Most UK families will spend between £530 and £682 on gifts, decorations, food and drink, it adds.
But most of the poorer families quizzed for the study said they would spend less than £200.
Hell, my tree cost me £350 .... what will you spend this Xmas?
Well Mr Scrooge, the Ghost of Christmas Past belongs to the 70% club and you have ignored the warnings.0 -

Less than £200 on three children, my parents, my ex mother in law, my sister, her husband and 3 children, my brother, his wife and his 2 children and a family friend's two children.
And that includes food....We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
I was just reporting on a story on the BBC - don't shoot the messenger!
I will be spending about £5,000 all in I guess, we are staying in a Hotel for Xmas - then we are in a Forest Lodge for New Year. We shall eat out every day, of course. Presents will cost about £2,000.
It's not at all about money ..... it's just how we like to do things, and how we like it costs a certain amount of money.
None of the money will be borrowed as it will be fully paid from my Xmas bonus.
Xmas could cost a lot more, however - as I have spotted a car I fancy, may buy that as a Xmas gift to myself and pop it in the garage with the other 4.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

£5,000? why not go the full hog and exaggerate more and say you'll be spending £50,000 over xmas?
the sad truth is that you'll be spending xmas all alone as usual, poor guy:(Martin has asked me to tell you I'm about to cut the cheese, pull my finger.0 -
350 on a tree for a few weeks? Lol
No, wrong ... I did not get this wealthy by wasting money ... the tree is an indoor/outdoor tree which can be used throughout the year ... maybe on the terrace, by the pond - if it doesn't scare the ducks!
So, the cost is for years .... amazing value for money.
I could have paid more - but struck a bargain ...

I suspect everyone knows this already, but....Oxfam do a great range of gifts.
If you have any spare cash, and I know things are tight, a goat or chickens are a fantastic gift.0 -
