Perhaps that very rude workman thought that the wall and the plants on it actually belonged to the neighbours rather than to you? In any case, I think it's all a bit of a storm in a teacup.0

I'm not sure whether it's just the picture, but it doesn't look like much damage has been done, and I can't see any mud on your side of the garden either and you said that the bucket of the digger was just 'near' your car rather than causing any damage or obstructing you when you were actually trying to go out. I know you're upset, but is it possible that you were more annoyed by the fact that something 'might' have happened than any damage actually done?0

Poor neighbours, having someone who can cause such a scene over nothing. No wonder disputes escalate.0

Is that a shared wall between the two properties?0

Just thought you could do with a nice big hug xx
I personally wouldn't have cleaned up and showed the neighbours later. But I can understand why you did. Have you spoken to your OH again at all?0 -
i can understand why you are mad. when works were going on next door to us i had to ask them to move stuff they had lent on my house and several times to move the van as i couldnt get passed with the pushchair..its very annoying tbh
at least they were polite to me when i said something to them though
i hope you have no further problems from themHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0 -
Go out, take - or pretend to take - photographs of the wall on your NEIGHBOUR'S side (so you will have to go onto their land - and tell them that you need them for insurance purposes in case the work that they are carrying out causes damage to your wall! And don't worry about people telling you to grow some b**ls - they are delicate little things that have to be protected and you have a va***a - and that always takes a pounding
