.
- Weight loss - I am a health professional, and trust me, 1 and a half stone since May is really really good going, especially if you've kept it off. :T:T:T Good work and keep at it, if SW works for you then superb.
Thanks for this... 1 and a half stone is 10 % of my body weight which apparently has lots of health benefits. I have a lot more to lose - about 4 stone more but am plodding away slowly at it. i gt impatient - I hate waiting..perhaps i need patience therapy!! but the group leader at SW is rally lovely and I promised myself I would always go and face the music and get weighed every single week - even if i know the news is not going to be of the good variety!! It sounds so silly but i love the reward system - getting a sticker really motivates me!! so goign to try my best to keep n track this week and lose again - If I can lose a pound I will be the thinnest i have been for about 3 years... must keep those oh so yummy mince pies out out out of my mouth!!Baby due 4th May 2013

reporting on the present plan:
1. OH Guitar £120 out of December pay
2. Dad - clothes from John Lewis - I have £25 gift vouchers so £15 to find ish ( will spend about £40)
3. Mum - make up - will order on net tomorrow - £40 ish for xmas have bought her birthday gift already
4, brother - gift vouchers for M and S £40
OH owes me £40 so that will sort out brothers gift.
So need to find £175 from Dec pay.
Will also need £50 for New years eve meal out.
So £225 needed from pay.
one job done!
Have also made the bolognaise for tomorrow.
Also I got a load of stuff from freecycle tonight - Wedding invites, thank you cards etc etc - I'm going to start a wedding cupboard - i reckon it will be 2 or 3 maybe even 4 years before we are out of debt and have saved up enough to get married - in the meantime i thought when wedding related things pop up on freecycle I can request them and see how far I can get without spending any money!!Baby due 4th May 2013

Are you some kind of robot?! That's amazing, God, your boss must love you!
Well done on getting the train. I too never used to claim back work expenses for a particular job; they were about 50 quid a month so I'm really sorry looking back that I didn't.
Some people just seem to be far more organised with these things than me, I am a bit rubbish really!
Good luck with the presentation, I can completely understand wanting to look your best for it, and hey, at least hair is sorted now until the new year. You don't want to walk around during the festive season with your hair looking like this:
:rudolf:
lol.
The spending diary is impressive, I should try that for a month. I have done one for a week before, and it was very eye-opening! I am trying to cut down on xmas presents expenses this year by making some presents, it is going ok so far, but I still have lots to finish!
I think I am going to be about 200 quid short in Jan, so I need to Ebay like a madwoman too - luckily I have a box of things already collected, just need to start taking the photos and preparing the listings. I wish it was free listings weekend this weekend - boo. Might just have to bite the bullet and go with the fees. xx0 -
Helloo..
Well today is Saturday and day 7 of my diary...
I have been at work all day - presentation went well. I have a headache tonight as i didn't eat all day and then ate a load when i got in and fell promptly to sleep for an hour. I''m working all day again tomorrow - no overtime money for me but i will be able to claim some hours back.
I spent £3 today on tea - tomorrow I'll take a brew with me in a flask.
Have recorded the £3 on my spreadsheet.
Tonight since waking up I have checked my credit cards and updated my signature. I haven't really thought about a strategic approach to my cards but its something i need to do.
A couple of my cards have interest free periods running out in march and April. My sainsburys card is huge - over 6k and is charging me £105 per month interest. My Royal bank card is £15.71 per month interest and my payment this month was only 21.74.. well that's not much use is it!!
Soo plan for December is to pay as much off the rbs card as possible - that way if i can pay it off completely in Jan ( hopefully) , I might get offered a promotional rate that i can transfer some money off my js card and reduce the interest i'm being charged a bit.
I'm checking my bank each day as I really want to not go overdrawn before get paid on Thursday but it very much depends on whether certain bits of money going into my account go in before then - I am hoping they will and I will have done a whole month on both accounts in credit!!
Off to read through the last 7 days and see what i have said i would do and whether i actually have done!!Baby due 4th May 2013

Organisation is my biggest downfall - its the reason i'm trying to write this diary regularly - so that i can be a little bit more organised each day. I'm not good at doing things that benefit me- especially in work - I need to start making sure that i claim work expenses and i claim time owed back to me - out of 25 days holiday i still have 20 days to be used by April. .. planning on lots of time off over christmas.

:rudolf: - I looove this rudolf !!! yeah my hair was pretty bad but I've committed to not having it done again until feb half term. And to getting the money for the colour from ebay sales... so need £25 in jan or feb - no sale - bad roots thats all there is too it..Presentation went well though thank you x
lol.

Ohhh do a spreadsheet diary ... we can be sad spreadsheet buddies.. I just can't believe how much money I spend.. I've only been doing the spreadsheet for a week and now when I spend money i'm thinking about putting it on my spread sheet ... it making me much more conscious of my spending..
I think I am going to be about 200 quid short in Jan, so I need to Ebay like a madwoman too - luckily I have a box of things already collected, just need to start taking the photos and preparing the listings. Right - sunday is the day.... Get that box of stuff listed!!! I'll root some stuff out of my cupboard and get it listed too... I'll list 2 things tomorrow before i go to work!

Don't worry - I knew exactly what you were trying to do!! I can't do that multi-quote thing anyway!
You and I sound very alike missus. I will try and list on Ebay tomorrow then, although as I only got in from work at 3am, the odds aren't looking great!!:D
Righto, off to do Swagbucks and surveys, then bed. Well done on the presentation. xx0 -

All skiing stuff- as if I'm going to be going skiing in the next 3 years- and if in 3 years I go again I should be at least 3 stone lighter so fingers crossed they sell.. The money can go straight off my royal bank credit card! Never know it might pay for a months interest. Off to work in a moment..
