  • Opened my account last friday, think it's a cracking deal and as usual will give the other big banks a run for their money. RBS should be looking to review their package given that royalties is a bit old and tierd

A joint account apparrently covers you both but do you have to pay £10 month or £20?
  • still £10 a month

the RAC covers you and not the car, so if you were a passenger in another car you'd be covered

But it only mentions 'joint' cover on RAC..
    What about :
    1. Mobile Phone.
    2. Card Care.
    3. Travellers Cheque Card( one each?)
    4. Home emergency cover(If a joint account can have individuals living at two different addresses??? :D)

Does the holiday insurance cover you if your away on business? from the insurance section on the web site it looks like, it....

I prefer fee free banks accounts that pay high interest rates. None of the benefits of fee based banking appeal to me.
    Happy chappy

Any ideas what type of cover? Can't find it on their website

If joint account you both get mobile phone ins, both get card care, and travellers cheque card - have to order from welcome pack, home emergency yeah. not sure about the 2 addresses, but I can;t see why not. it does cover tenants

Holiday insurance only covers in UK if prebooked more than 3 nights.

Sole accounts - the travel insurance is for adult and partner (must live with but do not have to be married) and an unlimited amount of children under 16 or under 23 in full time education

    It is Breakdown cover

any more you could upgrade further with RAC
