Halifax Ultimate Reward Current Account (£10 p/m)

Opinions?

Obviously an account for everyone, but the benifits and freebies look better than any other paid bank account.

    How so Tom?

I used to have worldwide travel insurance - was £66 a year

    had mobile phone insurance - was £7.99 a month - £96 a year

I used over draft - by say £200

Home emergeny on my home insurance was £4 a month alone - £48

    so over £220 ish

    and did not 6.17% AER

so you can saver - but the benefits won't suit everyone. which is why they are keeping the High Interest at same interest rate
  • barclays are doing it for £7.25, dont get the interest tho
  • and no travel insurance with theirs>?
  • I like it, does anyone know if you have to put £200 onto the axem card before they send you it or does it come automatically?
    :santa2:
  • to activate benefits, some activate on their own, others you call for with your welcome pack
  • and no travel insurance with theirs>?
u do on the additions plus
  • at £14.50 a month
