    I feel your pain! - on my second coffee here and needing another one!:D - Have also brought a lunch & feel very virtuous! - a yummy but healthy ''cream'' of mushroom! The twofold aim is to have a NSD & start back on the healthy food track! Too many 'special' coffees & bowls of pretzels over the holidays have left me with 5lbs to work off! - I even gave a fleeting thought to Shred!:eek: - very fleeting mind you:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I admire your exercise commitment. I can't get to the gym but I do have many things that I can do at home. *sighs* This really must be the year of NO excuses.

    I have my shoes :D:D And they are beautiful, as expected. Those monstrosities that Z posted can just go someplace else....there is no place for anything like that, no matter how practical or comfortable on this thread!!!

    Spendswise today, other than my coffee this morning, I have spent nothing (apart from bread and milk but they come out of the grocery budget).....so all good there.
