Happy new year hypno and everyone else. I think 2012 is going to be our year. We have been laying the foundations, and getting the footing done and now it is time to really soar!

Morning all - last day of my Christmas break and back to work tomorrow. I am very glad I have taken these few days off....it was definitely a break that I needed for a lot of reasons.

So, my last day off will consist of going to the gym this morning, and the pub for the football with the guys this afternoon. I want to potter a little bit in between times (made a mess of my bedroom yesterday by pulling everything out of the wardrobe looking for a particular jacket that wasn't even in there, then cba to put it all back....) and then have a lazy evening ahead of work tomorrow.

I do want to get lunch ready for work tomorrow to help with the 100 day challenge....must start as I mean to go on!!

Have a good day, everyone x

Morning Hypno, glad the break has done you good. I've been off too and feel totally energised. I have to say I'm dreading getting back on the hamster wheel as that's when life goes at 100mph again and many of my good intentions are lost....

Anyway I wanted to thank you for mentioning 30 Day Shred. I started doing it in November and completed it Christmas week (ok it ended up being 45 days!). I loved it and love Jillian! This morning I've done her Burn Fat and Boost Metabolism - it was a KILLER! Twice as long as Shred, but totally different and just as good.

Hope you have a good day and an even better year x

I love Jillian, she's so motivating "DON"T YOU DARE QUIT ON ME!!!' ok!:o
But I like it that's she's a real trainer, not some celeb on the make.

I don't remember you breaking a bone Hypno! I must have missed that - oops. What I love about Shred is that it's less than 30 mins, so there's no excuse not to do it. The new one I've got is nearer 50, so I won't be able to do it before work, though I think you can break it down and do segments. It's mainly kick-boxing so is very energetic!

My new love is Jonathan Roche, the fitness guy attached to Flylady. I've signed up for his free daily emails and think he's great. His mantra is NO EXCUSES and that "You don't have a weight problem - You have an internal dialogue problem" Love it. I also listen to his radio show on a Wednesday, he's a great motivator and humourous with it :D
