    Natwest have just accepted me for credit, so what does the report mean, I only have £20.00 left of credit?
  • Not sure if this will help anyone, but AFAIK Sainsburys Bank use Experian.
  • Hi, as well as the main 3 equifax, experian and call credit are there any other credit reference agencies out there? Does anybody know please?

  • Does anyone know if Norwich and Peterborough building society report to the CRA on conduct on there current account if so which agency do they use.

    Are creditors allowed to check your credit reference files?

    Do catalogue shops online ie like additions direct, littlewoods etc post details of accounts with the likes of experian, equifax etc

    Yes they report your account conduct to all CRAs.

    Yes they can. But normally these searches are "soft" searches not seen by other lenders.
    DCA searches stay on your file for 6 years while normal lenders it is 12 months.
