Not sure how there system is working but I guess they must do something on your record to say you accept and then it goes in the queue with everyone else.
They have asked me to phone and arrange the refund over the phone rather than wait for them to scan my acceptance onto my record. Will be asking some questions when I phone though as I want to make sure I won't be waiting longer so I will see how they are dealing with telephone acceptances are being dealt with and will post tomorrow!0 -
I also just got a letter no form to sign, only too ring if i dont accept. When i rang last month to chase payment I was told that they wait 7 days from the date off the letter to see weather you accept, then its 21 working days after this date. Prob just another fob off story.
Has anyones been proritised? They done that to mine last week as i have been waiting ages now. Not sure if it makes any difference tho.0 -

No so I called back again. After all this there moving things forward was taking my bank details. I am fuming, sent an email as soon as I got off the phone to the CEO and customer Care address and will wait and see what response I get.0 -

I emailed the customer care line, and got back a reply saying please ring this number...blah blah...due to data protection we cannot discuss this in an email...I rang and when I rang it was the same rubbish they spouted last time. Any day now etc..0 -

I usually get a half decent response when my emails go to the CEO.
Problem is Lloyds know they have us all over a barrell as you have the option of waiting for them to pay you, or if you say you aren't happy with the handling of the complaint they tell you that you can go to the FOS knowing full well that they have even longer backlogs.0 -
Just rang up again chasing payment. Asked how far behind they are, she said they are just clearing Julys letters, mines dated 30th July said should ent be much longer. She said she has e-mailed the refunds team to chase the payment, got to call up in a few days to see what there are saying.
She also said that I would be receiving a separate payment for the extra interest for the delay. Not holding my breath on that one though!0 -

I put my claim for Credit Card PPI back in late May. Have heard nothing since until I checked my bank account a couple of days ago and there was a deposit from lloyds called "PPI refund".
I rang up the helpline and they said I should have received a letter, but I havn't. So he was going to send me a copy.
However, he didn't really answer whether it was right they deposited money into my account without me first accepting the offer?? I am minded by other people saying not to accept the first offer (although the figure that appeared in my account is larger than I expected).
Should I push the issue or just be happy to have got something?0 -
Anybody received payment yet????
I'm still waiting!!:mad::mad:
