Can't find any info about private parking but i have found an ad on the newcastle airport website for a £29.50 winter special. I think thats the best i'm going to get.

Will need £16 for the taxis in Lanzarote. How much should i tip?

Can't find anything suggesting that i can't take food in hold luggage.

    SO FAR:

    Flights for 4 £138
    Accom for 4 £57
    parking uk £30
    Return taxi £16
    TOTAL COST FOR 4 = £241

Will be eating brekky and lunch at the apartment and then having a stroll into town on an evening for our evening meal, but really have to be careful with money here.
Can anyone suggest any eat all you want style buffets in Costa Teguise?

check the hotels round by for the rates for the buffets meal. Dont try the Taiche though breakfast was ok but rest of the meals were at very best alright
Your apartments do a buffet evening meal but cant say what they are like. The occiendental on the opposite side of the road is good but it worked out about £10 per adult and that was a few years back but its worth checking.
There used to be a chinese buffet restraunt at the end of the row of bar were the sports bar is that did all you can eat in the evening.
Good value meal was at the Steak house under the sports bar ..huge plate of Fajitas for about £6 enough for 2 to share easy.
The cheapest supermarket we found was the one right on the front vitualy right outside your apartments (if you come out the beach side)
If I think of anything else I will add to thsi post check holidaytruths on the Lanzarote forum loads of tips on there
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

Tesco sell their own brand suncream/after sun and its cheap. We dont use anything else now
or if you have a savers nearby try them as they usually sell decent brands at low prices.
