Well i'm sat here crying.........

I have had such a bad couple of years and haven't had a holiday for nearly 4 years. i was so excited when i read this thread as i really need a holiday.

I've been trying ever since i saw this tip to book this holiday, i have filled in the details a total of 8 times on the Thomson website and everytime it has told me sorry and to call them to book.

After getting 2 useless members of staff who couldn't help me i finally got through to someone normal who got the hotel for me and then asked me for £91(£20 of this was a booking fee). I am so frustrated and angry at thomsons. They couldn't give me the number for the web techs so i could tell them about the problem online bookings. So i am back to square one. I can't afford the extra £34 to book over the phone(this will pay for my taxis to and from costa teguise)

You can bet the flight will have gone by the time i sort the hotel out.

Donna get the flight and sort out hotel later Its probably a glitch and it will be there again later...It sometimes does this too me and 5 minutes later its OK its since they have IMPROVED the web site

New and Improved Thomson lolI know when hubby tried to book(build your own) with Thomson to go to Tunisia in Nov he couldnt book transfers online so had to call up,but because you were ringing for help they were different prices mmmm i got on the phone as hubby is a pushover and got the exact same deal which we wanted online but with the transfers added at the online price.
