E-bay and Paypal.. Out to screw sellers!!!!! help and advice please

    I suspect they were just trying to get some money off and the OP rather called their bluff when she told them to return it for a full refund. Telling oP it had been resized was a last ditch attempt to get OP to just roll over and give a partial refund.

    It is probably worth phoning ebay and asking for it to be removed.

    well done on winning this case.

    aswell as being a last-ditch attempt at a partial refund, she has rather put her foot in it by telling you it was re-sized. if she stayed quiet, she'd have been better off.

    though saying that, when you go the ring back, you'd have noticed it was smaller

    Didnt even think they actually read any of the details - thought they just pressed a big red button marked 'buyer wins' :D

    As the feedback was retaliation after an ebay/paypal case - you may have grounds for the neg removing - but it may take many emails / live chats.
