Buying a car (eBay)

Sorry should've been clearer (on here). I meant foot the bill for the mot test, being as it will "fly through" I was thinking it's no more than £50 for an mot? Being as I'm new to eBay car buying I've been very clear and honest with the seller throughout. If I feel he's going to do one I'm not going to complete the deal or part with any cash. He knew the score so unless he agrees to my conditions he's free to re-list it.0

And will you pay his fees?0

What fees? Mot or eBay? I'm prepared to pay for cost of car & the certificate. If I've no satisfactory response by today I'm leaving it.0
-
Ebay if you pull out.0

Any idea what they'll be? Don't think I've been unreasonable in my requests, and if I don't buy he won't have any fees?0

If the seller goes back on what he has previously agreed then he can pay gisbiwn fees, don't put the thought in his head that he can ask you about them.
He can cancel the transaction and if you agree he will get a refund in any case0 -
Well over 24hrs on and I still haven't got a contact number or his address. Asked to pay deposit via PayPal, but it's going to be outside of eBay. Not sending him a penny as I don't feel comfortable without this information. He said he's booked an mot for Monday morning.0

Told him its a no go, but I've offered to paste eBay fees. Any idea what try would've been?0
