It wasn't on the 20% off 3 gifts offer when I went through, tried putting in the codes to check but no joy :(

To all those asking, as soon as the email was received saying 20% off on 3 items I just went on Tesco and chose 3 things I wanted. 2 were in the selection but I already had Harry Potter in my basket. It took £4 off to make it £16 so went ahead and paid!

I think it was a glitch as it doesnt work anymore.

I can't seem to get the 20% or the 500 points code to work any ideas where I'm going wrong?

I selected the HP DVD boxset, COD MW3 and a cheap CD so they are all on the 20% off offer and being it's over £50 it should allow the 500 points?

Sorry, don't know the 250 points code worked fine for me yesterday and they were all in the same leaflet I got sent with an order.
    Hope is not a strategy.

I bought this from Tesco earlier today, one thing to watch out for though, they had a full facing of Harry Potter boxsets 1-7a on the end of an ailse at £25 and the newest boxset 1-7b just on the chart section, I think quite a few will have picked up the older boxset today.

I've spoken to TE again today, someone was going to ring yesterday but never did, they have confirmed £20+ will be refunded to my card. Think I just got lucky :D

Spoke to another advisor via chat and also had response from supervisor who I asked it to be escalated to. No refund, told me to return and reorder. Will return and reorder from somewhere else.

LOL, have to be idiotic to do that though. I can't stand Harry Rotter but even I know its 8 parts.

Amazon used to price match for 30 days...they stopped that a couple of years ago. However I did ring and as the set has not even arrived yet they did refund the £5.50 on this occasion. Great price..very pleased ;)

same here i rang them yesterday as mine hadn't arrived and they said as a gesture of goodwill they will refund the £5.50..it saves the hassle of me returning and buying again..

    Here's a question...

If I order the Complete DVD Collection with my groceries, and they can't supply it (they didn't have any copies today, so I'm guessing not), will they substitute it?

    :p
