I am amazed, I know I ordered under the guarantee so I will be expecting an automatic refund!Pre-order Price Guarantee applies only to items displaying the Pre-order Price Guarantee offer ("Offer") message on their product detail pages. Items that do not display the Offer message do not qualify, regardless of the nature of the items.
If your order enters the dispatch process before the release date and the price is subsequently lowered on or before the release date, we will automatically refund your payment card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price.
Will not be a happy bunny if it doesn't happen since I meet Amazon's own terms.
The last Harry Potter dvd I pre-ordered under the guarantee gave me an automatic refund so I hope this one does too- same circumstances, they sent it early and then on the release date the price went down.0 -
I've just spoken to someone on the live chat on Amazon and he's processing the £5.50 refund for me. There was no mention of it being a one off0

Harry Potter doesn't seem to be on the offer at Tesco anymore0

Does this box set include the new Harry Potter film?
Thought it did but someone posted you can buy this and the new one. confused.0 -
I bought this set in Tesco Metro today. It includes years 1-6 (one DVD each) plus year 7 both DVDs. The latest film is £14 in Tesco Metro, so to get all eight for £20 is a bargain!0

I can't seem to get the 20% or the 500 points code to work any ideas where I'm going wrong?
I selected the HP DVD boxset, COD MW3 and a cheap CD so they are all on the 20% off offer and being it's over £50 it should allow the 500 points?0 -
I am going to contact again, as they said they wouldnt for me.0

I'm really chuffed, after pre-ordering from Tesco at £25.50, to have had the set delivered early and then receiving an email to say that they're refunding me £5.50.
I hadn't noticed the price guarantee. Yay!0
