Thanks just ordered it for my son. I was going to pre-order it at £36 glad I waited!!0

How? I pre-ordered this from Amazon at £25.50 & it arrived yesterday, but I only pre-ordered it last weekend.
Not happy it's now only £20
Me too!! I've looked on their site and it says, they will automatically refund the price difference
"If your order enters the dispatch process before the release date and the price is subsequently lowered on or before the release date, we will automatically refund your payment card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price"
So hopefully we won't lose out!!0 -

I just went on to the item page, there's a link about half way down to tell them about a lower price, I guess they must've been notified and that's why they've changed it! I'm not sure when it changed, it still appears as£25 odd on the search results for me, maybe it changed before yours was dispatched? Might be worth an email to ask! Best of luck

I emailed Amazon to ask if they would refund the £5.50 & got a fairly quick reply saying as a "one-off" they will refund the difference.
There seems to be differing opinions on whether Amazon will or should refund anyone who pre-ordered it, but my view is that they dropped the price ON release day, so anyone who committed to a pre-order gets penalised so they should refund people who paid £25.50.
The alternative is to simply return the one you pre-ordered & re-order it again at the lower price, but this is a lot of hassle.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks busybee :T I have just ordered my set.
It's a great price. ~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
For today only, it's included in their "Buy 3, get 20% off". Select three items from the selection and enter the code given on the page to get 20% off. This would make it £16 if there are two other things you want:

Loads of good DVDs, games and music on there. Friends for £30, or £24 with 20% off!0 -
Pre-ordered on Wednesday, wont receive till Monday or Tuesday. Just rang Amazon, they cant do a refund.
Options are:
Refuse the delivery or return the item to get a refund and then re-order.
I said how ridiculous is that, the advisor agreed, but his hands were tied.
I said I will be returning and taking my business elsewhere.
I am amazed at the stupidity of the whole thing.0 -
As well as the conventional set, Sainsbury's are also selling the complete blu-ray set for £30.
...plus the new film for only £7 if you spend £30 on other items.
