The meeting at the bank did not go well and now they've closed my new ISA because apparently i put money in my old one this tax year. I wasn't told about this before they signed me up and she closed my account so now i cant check when i last paid in. So now i have no ISA, not even my old one so when the new tax year comes the new ISA i will have to get will be maxed out, before i even save any money, with what was supposed to be in it already!!!

Anyone know what i can do, or try to do?

The woman that 'helped me' was absolutely useless. 1 hour 20 minutes just to set the ISA up. I was not impressed. And she had really bad grammar which irked me even more!!!!!!!

Ruth, have you read Martin's isa guide?

It might help? Sorry if I'm teaching my gran to suck eggs here :o

Red goose can I borrow your idea of potting when you go to the gym? I've just joined C**ves and want to make sure I go regularly!

Ljaneyr you could make a vat of spag Bol yum yum :)
Or roast a chopped-up butternut squash with the herb of your choice till it goes all squishy and make it into pasta sauce by adding stock, onions (roast them with the squash?), whatever else you both fancy.

It should be fun cos you're both in it together! Enjoy :)

Ah sorry, little_sweetie, my mistake, but what some sw**es, almost as if they're just waiting to pounce! You're so right about people nt shopping so much now due to parking costs..why should they expect us to just pay pay pay!! ..and they're on now about upping hospital parking! Somethings has to give surely!

Off of that sizzling topic little_sweetie, the rest of life's far too good to keep worrying about.. NO! I won't even say the word. Sleep well and I do hope your DH is feeling better now. :)

Doesn't it just make your blood boil, as if hospital parking is a pleasure  Thank you for asking, sue, but poor OH can see even less than before. As they have only done one eye he can't see to read nor can he see the TV now! He can't have a sight test for new glasses until 28th of March then there's a week's wait to get them. As we speak he is trying to remove the right lense of his old specs (the operated eye side) to see if looking through one lense will help  It's a total nightmare and he's getting very stroppy :( Nevermind, things will sort themselves out, I'm sure :D

    Happy potting everyone x

BTW I came on here to report a NSD as I have no money to spend :rotfl:

£4.34 went in today, which included 5p roadkill - my first roadkill ever, I was like a woman possessed when I spotted it, and swooped in like the buzzard I am. ;)
I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
  • Hi
