Janey, veggies and meat/fish can be worked out easily enough for the exact 5 days; apart from frozen food that's about your best option without recipe builders which, depending what you go for, can be pricey with an ounce of this, a spoonful of that. Enjoy yourselves!

Well done with the walk home aliboy, makes you feel so much better too than sitting on a bus - and forking out for the pleasure!

Happy Birthday Samtoby

I have nowt to report as nowt potted but I do have a very tired little girl on my hands after she woke me up this morning with a poke in the back and whispering 'mummy its 8 o'clock' (the time I said she had to wait till to get up) and had stuck a bag in my face.
After oooing and ahhing over my lovely hand made scroll and plate she bought with Gran, I check the clock to find out its actually 6:50am :rotfl: so have just packed her off to find some pyjamas just incase she gets a bit too comfortable on my lap
