Thank you so very, very much indeed, AlternateMe, though in truth, we all inspire one another. We never really save as well alone as we do together like this, it gives all of us great encouragement to keep budgeting and therefore....saving! :grinheart

This November's Grand Total??? Put it this way, sparky, who does all the totting up on his spreadsheet then, and I will be flat out more then ever, but we'd both hate it any differently! :)

Morning Sue, please could you add me as well? Thank you!

I have a small coppers pot, so will count up and throw it in this. I do a change sweep with my bank account
but always end up spending it. Is it ok to put it in this pot?

MAZ I checked my receipt today after buying bargains in B**ts - one offer didn't register so paid over the odds. Normally don't bother checking, and would never return to complain, but with my new head on I rang up and will be refunded my due money when I next visit, which will have to be whan I plan another visit so I don't waste any more money!

    hiya mumwithamission

i know exactly what you are saying, i applaud you because really we all need to do this and be a mission about it, there was no phone no on the receipt but today as im going that way to another town to check out mr mor***ns will pass by and i taking back the receipt and the out packaging of the bread which the downpriced evidence and i believe i should have that 42 p in my pot and not in their profits

i know i know others may think im crazy but there is always a method in my madness:rotfl:

so lets all check out receipts and stand up and i always complain with a smile on my face because its never the cashiers fault always the backoffice for not updating their computers to reflect the correct price to be charged once goods are scanned

have a fun day this morning ive just chucked in lots of coins in my little pot didnt bother counting today.

    laters maz;)

Is that Mr T's if so email them and complain, state its much too far for you to travel for a refund and your not happy. They should ring you and ask what happened, apologise saying they will retrain their staff :rotfl: and send you the money ona giftcard :T

If they ask what you want them to do, say, 'I want my money back!' :rotfl:

EDIT: though I will add that I religiously check my reciept as I walk out hoping for a mess up, thats DTD back :rotfl:

    hiya jakes mum

no not mr t but mr c - - p but i hadnt thought of emailing them am looking now thanks for that

    cheers maz:T
