Why?
This is your sale- no other seller is going to have any bearing on whether you lose or not and it doesn't matter what any other seller tells you. The person here that needs to be safe is YOU.
Therefore YOU choose how it is to be shipped and tell the buyer before he pays for your goods. Remember that if buyer is using paypal you need to have a signature available online to be veiwed by paypal- so RM is not suitable.
It doesn't matter how many ways we keep trying to rephrase this- the advice will always be the same. Why are you so focussed on feedback? Thanks for the replies, they are appreciated. I have had a brief look at insured delivery, works out at £90 ish, but they (fedex) dont seem to require a sig in China?0

It doesn't matter what fedex want or don't want- are YOU happy to go ahead without a signature (assuming you've read the requirements for paypal). What is your back up plan if it fials to get a signature so you lose a paypal claim but Fedex say they are happy it has arrived and refuse to refund you?
