The lovely DW wrestled 567 pennies back from the A**a tills :D, we forgot to hand them our money back voucher ...So she went back and got the lovely lady to refund our shopping, then put it back through with the money off :p. She can't say anything about me being a bit tight now :rotfl:....

Hope you've had a good day wrestling them pennies into submission :p.

27p in the bottom of the handbag again.

I don't understand how it is getting there though, I am being so careful with my pennies!

I think there must be 'anti-pickpockets' around, actually putting change in my bag!
  • :(:(:( Had to transfer 5000 pennies from my fleabay account into my bank today due to unnexpected car expense... Was going to pay some debt off...

On the bright side though - I still have nearly 2000 pennies still in there which I wouldn't have had otherwise! I will just have to find more junk (sorry- valuable, saleable items that people can't live without...!);)
April 2006 - owed just over £30k (the evils of relationship breakup!)
    December 2011 - owe just under £3.5k!!!
February 2012 - owe just under £1900 (keep the overtime coming!)
    May 2012 - owe £600...
  • Found a lone 1 pence in the stationery tray full of pens today. It wasn't in there long!!!

fab one here- logged into bank account to check what went out today, and 'found' 40444 pennies had been paid in as a backdated DLA payment for my son!

(Even better that we hadn't even had the letter yet confirming he was being awarded DLA, so that's a lot of pennies to spend on getting him things he needs one I've had a letter to make sure it's not a mistake :):) )

    26p :)

Also yet another lot of abandoned clubcard points but I won't add them here until I've actually put them on my card.

Em, I'm still trying to work out 40444 pennies but I'm delighted you got it!
