Mmmmm - to far away from me - but, no wait, even with delivery charge it is still cheaper - Ooohhh!!! Dilemma.

On other news - the Universe provides, well at least it is meeting me halfway LOL

DS1 is struggling a bit at school - his self-esteem is taking a bit of a bash (OK a huge one) because he doesn't have the "hard shell" that other kids seem to have developed. There has been tears, there have been cuddles, there have been tantrums (ok the last one is me but you get the drift)

Tonight, Jack Black has sent info out for a "family course" :

    http://shop.mindstore.com/index.cfm?product=1883&product_title=EARLY%20BIRD%20MEMBER%20RATE:%20The%20Best%20of%20MindStore%20with%20Jack%20Black,%20Glasgow

Kids go free - and I get a reduced rate as a member. I GOTTA TAKE DS1 TO THIS. No ifs, buts or maybes about it - this is the perfect way to help him develop the coping strategies for High School.:T

    SO - just £80 to find then:o Well where there's a will ..........

    Off for a think

  • Great opportunity MG and well worth the money, Mindstore was one of my most worthwhile investments, did it quite a few years ago and I use Jack's methods daily. From DS1 point of view, great to hear it all from a male too, a Scot even better, with a great sense of humour and delivery, when a lot of personal development stuff is presented by women.
If you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.

OOH, :T:T:Tthere's one just literally round the corner from the Lidl's I go to every Friday. But I'm a bit confused by their "Internet Collection Price" What does that mean?

It sounds like you don't need to do a minimum order - is that right?
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!

To order online you need to register which I did yesterday, but my account is still pending so I couldn't order online. In the end I went to the depot. There is a customer payment till where you pay and they give you the receipt and you go to a seperate collection point. There is no minimum order and no minimum card limit :-). If you do go to the deport you can pick up their 'offers' leaflets which make VERY interesting reading!

If you order online and pay online you need to print your receipt at home and then you can go straight to the collection point so bypassing the customer tills. I guess it works out cheaper for them if you don't use their customer services.

  • So can someone explain what's happened to me...

I've spent this evening repairing things which are broken - hems on 3 and bum seam on trousers... perfectly good otherwise. The "old" me would have just thrown them away and bought new ones...!

I also managed to drop a box on my head, so have a significant headache.. :(:(
