sawan- sorry it took so long getting it out, it wasn't helped by the slow christmas post :o

    2 UU:
    sure biorhythm deodorant-WBA
    impulse london body spray-WBA

    ins:
clearasil face wash to test out for glamour. I'm actually on my last face wash in the stash so this was good timing:D I will be getting a face scrub and face wipes to test as well next week

avon order came today so concealer stick as mine is almost finished and an eyeliner which was only £2. oops..
I predict quite a few ins this month:o
    Toiletry spend £34.95 In: 10 out:13
  • I was planning on buying some stuff I probabaly don't need in the sales, only now work have told us today that we won't be getting paid on the 23rd (we always get paid on Christmas Eve instead of the end of the month for Christmas) and we have to wait until 30th:mad: If they'd told me this at the beginning of the month it would have been fine but am almost up to my OD limit now and have another 2 and a half weeks. Not happy at all. Luckily I have £40 of Boots points so alls not lost, but my Lush spend will probably be less than usual as I don't think they take AMEX which is my only other option. Hmmm.
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

Another UU - Tesco facial wipes WBA (have many in stock! :o) good value and work just as well as the more expensive wipes :)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time
  • Hi all!
I might as well write off this month in terms of toiletries! :o
    Sigh.
    INS:
2 lots of the Pantene samples that have been sent out, one for thick hair (which I don't have?) and one for coloured hair.
1 sample set of Herbal Essences hello hydration shampoo and conditioner.
    How many is that? 8...
1x OS black cherry and almond shower gel! Woop, found it half price in MrM. Can't wait to try.

and *hides in the corner in shame* looking forward to the S&G set (coming from Santa ;) ) on Friday.

    2 UU:
Tesco cucumber facial wipes WIBA? Yes! Lovely for 45p. Do a grand job.
Arran Aromatics mini shower gel for men 50ml (I was given a little set of AA stuff from my neighbour, he often gives me little things he find in his house, candles and whatnot....I didn't mind that they were for men :o hehe. Used it up in the gym. Have decanted the men's shampoo into my gym bottle too.
So no, I probably wouldn't buy that variety again... :)

Also got couple of splutterers to help the UU for this month.

I may have to put up a whole bunch of stuff up on ebay for my new frugal 2012!

  • Itzybitzy, you are a bad woman for showing me that page of (not extinct, as I had feared) Dior shower gels!

Even the fact that they cost a mint of money (£36 for 200 ml!!!!!) hasn't quite put me off........but I am resolved to stay strong!

(might suggest it next time somebody asks what I want for birthday or Christmas though!)

Things are quiet on the toiletries front... Sarah*a I will write out the questionnaire and email it sometime very soon, thank you very much for the offer of reviews.

A friend is moving and gave me a small bottle of BS Cassis Rose body lotion, smells lovely. So that's a Non - Bought In.
I had three luxury loo rolls sent to trial as well - different!
As with all these trials the instructions say 'You may want to make some notes whilst using the product'. Yes, welll...

Trial for 50 ml day and night creams has ended, but they are so good I shall use them up.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.
