Very strange computerwoman, personally, I'd carry on because people can't stifle your own opinions and thoughts.
If I were you, I'd forward the offending PM to [Removed by Forum Team] and they can take the appropriate action.

I am sure that the PM you received was not representative of the MSE Forum community, sadly I have seen nastiness towards other members born from a difference of opinion but remember these people who have to try to do this have to do so behind a blanket of private messages and thus in my opinion are not worth worrying about.

Please do not leave this thread, you have been a valuable souce of information and knowledge and there are very many members who appreciate the time you have taken to reply to their posts.

I would just pass that pm on to stff of the forum, Please do not let this silly PM get to you. I am new to this wonderful site and I can assure you that along with a select view you have been very supportive to many people that have applied for Citi bank account. Not only that, but you know what your taking about and you always takie the time to answer people questions.

As other members have said this PM does not come from anyone of any auth and should not be taken seriously.

Back to topic - I am now in the Citi Club

  • thanks everyone, I was just abit taken aback as I did'nt think I'd done or said anything untoward, and it was also to do with my punctuation and spelling, as I told the person who PM'd me I do suffer from dyslecia which is bad enough then had a small stroke last summer at the age of 44 doesnt give me alot of confidence, as I get words muddled up, but I'm trying to over come them.

this maybe too late, but your account number doesnt start with 2 00's thats your paying in book for LTSB I do hope you haven't made the same mistake that I did, you should have had a letter from citi with your details at the top right-hand corner. CW

Hi and welcome you should get it as I did and I am on benefits, just remember to ring the DWP and change your bank details, so your benefit can go straight into your account.
