Thanks guys!
I emailed them on Thursday with regards to the change of dd's and received in the post yesterday a form to sign and fill in (with a free return envelope)-then they take it from there. They apply on my behalf to my current acount for all my dd's and SO's-the bank has to reply and return within 5 days, then they send a list to me and I check which ones I want changing:D ...they said a maximum of 4 weeks.
Will be calling the tax credits and CB this week. I hope IS can change within a week too.

computerwoman wrote:Hi garden and welcome to the club, in your welcome pack there should be a mandate for wages and one for DD's you can fill these in and send then back to citi which takes about 4 weeks I think but I'm not sure on that, or do it yourself by phoning the relevent people and giving them your new bank details and congrats again for joining the club, did you know that citi are changing there account names if you went with quidco wait for the cash to be put in your quidco account then switch to the access account which wont charge you any fees. Thank you so much for your help im sorry i don't know what quidco is ?
I went on the citibank web site to open my currant account.
I hope you don't me asking but is there a list of citibank branches i live in Tyne and wear.
Sorry all of this is new to me.:money:  :hello:0 -
Hi everyone, and welcome to the citi club,
yes there is a list of they branches on there website, although alast not in your area garden manchester and london, but you can use the paying in book at any LTSB branch and draw money from any ATM thats got the link/visa/delta/etc sign on the machine,
as for benefits it takes 7 days, I would suggest that you ring them the day you get paid, e.g. monday that way it'll all go in next week on the monday, but different bank,
and finally congrats on getting your accounts I hope you and me both enjoy this experience with citi.
Pls be nice to all MSer's

sorry forgot about DD's and SO's what I did was wait until all my DD's had gone out for last month the last one was 28th then on the 30th I ran barclays and cancelled every single one, then I rang every company up using mostly 0800 numbers and changed my details with them the only one I did have abit of trouble with was primus telecoms as they wouldn't change my details over the phone, they sent me a form to fill in and send back which has been done, it took about 2 hours, if you do it with citi it takes about 4 weeks but be warned if your trying to get bank charges back this will alert them that your off.
Pls be nice to all MSer's

my child benefit goes in to my hsbc bank every 4 weeks, so if i change it to be put it to the citibank account have i read that right it takes an extra 7 days to be put in there?
sorry if i am confusing everyone0 -
quidco is a website that you sign up to via here well the vouchers and discounts thread its at the top of the page, just follow the link and sign up to take advantage of the cashback benefits so far I've got about £20 just for doing my shopping, hey every little helps, cant believe how easy it is, you do have to pay a £5 quid fee which they'll take from your earnings, but sit back and reap the benefits, just make sure you go through quidco everytime you shop. citi c/a gives you £50 cashback and the savers account gives you £30
