I watched 50/50 last week - and also enjoyed it. It does put life into perspective. But as others have said - health first!

Emz ... You have no idea how happy you've made me ... You have been up there with the best at being determined and going without ... And you've had it harde then a lot of people with your health ... I've followed u from day one and often stand in awe of what you achieve ... To hear you say your gonna ease off the accelerator is wonderful ... No one needs to tell you how precious life is ... Hi Greensaints. Glad you liked 50/50 too. I think it's one of my favourites from this year. I'm off to see New Years Eve tomorrow night with some free tickets.

Good luck with your list Gothrockchic. I really want an iPhone too. Also, I want to test drive a Mini and realised a few weeks ago that I can actually get a 1.6 Mini One for nothing on Motability next year. Watch this space .

Crossed off another item on my 101 list - buy a lottery ticket. I got one online for Wednesday's draw. I had to deposit £5 (minimum), so I did a £2 scratch card afterwards and won £3. So that £5 is winging its way back to my account and I have a free lotto ticket for Wednesday. Fingers crossed for a massive win .

Got paid today, so hoping I can finish my Christmas shopping soon. My mum is done, but I need to give my sister £20 as she paid for one of the joint gifts. I also need to put £40 into various money wallets, get my OH's parents presents (max £20), get my sister's iPod Shuffle (none on Amazon, so going to have to go elsewhere - around £40) and something for my OH (max £50). So £170 tops. Will try and get that down a bit though.

Just finished my Xmas shopping - final tally £94.65 out of the £100 budget I had set myself. Need to get started on making things though - it's cheaper but I am running out of time!
