Hi All,
Great to see you all again and that you've been so busy OPing while I've been away. Very determined and committed is what you all are and brilliant to boot!
There are a large number of updates so I'm not going to reply separately to each of you this time but list you just to confirm you've been noted. I've just updated all the googledoc OPs and will do the main thread post ones in a minute. There are a couple of queries though and those are below too. The list is:
dark^knight (you gave the same update of £582 for April on 31/3 and 6/4 so I've only entered it once. Please confirm if this should be two payments please.)
originator
financialbliss
black taxi
twistedhazel x 2
hannahnightmare
bownyboy
Lulabelle1 x 2
Sue Donim x 2
evi3000 (have I missed something or was there no March OP evi3000 please?)
southernman (did you make an OP of £3.67 on 1/4 please? The googledoc shows you wanting to change your target to that so I'm thinking this was a payment but need confirmation please.)
skaps (target updated as requested)
NellieB x 3
glitterball x 2

Welcome to Yargo1 who joined us on 3rd April. You're at No.148 on the spreadsheet, good luck with your challenge.
Ok, be back in a minute after I've updated from the main posts.
All the best,

catslovelycats (Cats please would you give me the monthly payment made rather than the annual total please? You may have been advised otherwise earlier in the year so sorry for any confusion. Having to do all the subtractions on the calculator with odd pence involved to get the monthly payment may mean me making a mistake!)
rainbowcattail
miss_corerupted (I've allocated your amount OPd so far across the four months @ £645 per month. Is this correct please?)
Thanks for the quick confirmation that all is ok on your line black taxi.
There we go, all up to date.
We have paid off a fantastic £262,097 so far this year. Absolutley brilliant and everyone deserves a pat on the back and congratulations for the hard graft and little things that we do to make the OPs happen. No matter how big or how small they all make a tremendous difference. Keep up the great work.
See you later,
Spigs
P.S. If I have missed something or made an error in updating please let me know and I'll correct it as soon as possible. Thanks.Mortgage Free October 2013 :T0 -
Dear Spiggle,
There was no March OP as I messed up my credit card payment and OPed them instead  I was thoroughly annoyed with myself.
Thanks,

Good morning,
Oooppps, sorry to have raised what is obviously an irritating topic evi3000. Thanks for confirming for me.
From the googledoc, SimbaK2K your OP has been updated and we agree on the year to date figure. Thank you.
See you all later,

I've just hit my yearly target in one go.
I just made an overpayment of £5,562. A long term savings account recently matured and it make more sense putting a chunk of that towards to mortgage instead. I'll need to think of a new yearly target now.MFW 2015 - #88 £3,345 / £3,500
MFW 2014 £2,990,MFW 2013 £7,905, MFW 2012 £12,216
Opening Mortgage Balance (15th July 2010): £200,999
Current Mortgage Balance(2nd July 2015): £150,999
Total overpayments to date: £30,292.00

Afternoon all and welcome back Spiggle!
No 28 reporting usual monthly OP and some ebay sales and £2 coins - making a total OP for the month so far of £703.57. Am looking at increasing that figure later in the month so would also like to increase my target for the year to £12K (doubling it - eek!) as DH has a bonus which he said I can OP and we have a possible small windfall (£2-3k) in a couple of months. I'm also on a mission to declutter and ebaying like mad whenever there's a FLWI am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £200 -
Hiya,
Well Tony_R that's a great chunk you've paid off there, well done. I've put the payment on the spreadsheet, just let me know when you've decided on a new target.
Thanks greent in a strange way it's good to be back though it was a nice break. I've noted your OP so far for April and amended your target. Looks like you'll be making terriffic inroads into the mortgage this year, brilliant!
See you later,
