Thanks everyone for the clumsy support. I really felt I was on my own on the clumsiness, so it's nice that you were willing to share your experiences too.0

Today has been much more productive than my energy levels suggested when I woke up.
I actually didn't have time to do as much as I wanted to do yesterday, but I did have a really good day with A so it was worth it. He was very attentive and considerate again, which has to be a ploy to confuse me and it works really welll
I came away with another little bag of food and snacks that he thought I'd like. He's a great host.
This morning I felt shattered when I got up but decided to go shopping and get some fruit etc for the week. I managed to keep within budget and also remembered to upload my purchases and receipt to shop & scan.
Then I hit the small upstairs room pretty well. I've listed 15 books and DVD's on Amazon and have also managed to list 20 items on eBay. Some of those things are what my Mum has asked me to add, but at least half of those 20 are mine. So I'm quite pleased with that. One item from Amazon has already sold as has one item I had on eBay. Lots of things didn't sell and they've been slightly reduced and relisted.
I also really fancied a roast dinner today, so while out shopping I bought what I needed. I now feel like I've eaten way too much though! But I did enjoy it.
I've also cut up and prepared my fruit for tomorrow as well as having 2 and a bit smoothies ready in the fridge. The "bit" I'll drink before I leave in the morning for a little turbo juice on my bike.
In my clearing out I've found more paperwork I well and truly hid! So although I think most of that is over 6 years old I'm hoping to find some information on previous loans to see if it's worth me starting a ppi claim.
I also only found 1 small wallet of memory sticks I want to keep, so lots more stuff has been decluttered out and added to the eBay pile. Gone are the days that everything I see I feel an attachment to. I did find a little wallet of photos, some of them had pictures of my Dad in them so that was a nice find.
Due to being so productive I'm not feeling tired at all. So I think I'll have a sit for 10 minutes and see if I can calm my head down now!
I hope everyone's had a great weekend. Hasn't it shot by again? Although it's been a nice one so I can't complain.

Hi MT
Hope you had a lovely day with A. I have managed to re-list some items on ebay but not added anything new
I need to get some pics taken so I think I will do that tomorrow and like you, I want to make the description a bit more interesting.
Hope you had a nice weekend, roll on Tuesday :beer:
Take care.
Lil

That was a very productive day, well done! Especially nice to find the photos of your Dad.
You have reminded me I need to get to the shops tomorrow and buy salad and fruit, at least enough for lunches, as I have almost finished up a lot of peppers and similar things today as roast veg. They were very nice and roasting them helped disguise the fact they were getting slightly wrinkly.Miggy

Hello Lil,
Just one more day to get through!Hopefully we'll have all the cold and wet today so that tomorrow and Wednesday will be good for your birthday and the celebration day. x
Good luck with your listing. I do find that a chatty description works better, for me, than a technical one.
Have a good birthday eve. x0 -

Hi Miggy,
I'm always very happy to be a reminder of buying healthy things!

Well the items that have been paid for on Amazon are all packaged up and ready to go.
So that's another little boost to the unexpected income account when it pays out.
I've also checked my bank account this morning and the good news is that the bank have finally accepted the Water Company direct debit. The bad news is I also paid it online last week so have now paid the same bill twice. But the very bright side of that is it's an overpayment to that account so I'm a bit ahead of myself now and there was enough in my bank account to cover it without going overdrawn! What a difference a few months and a new attitude make.
I need to start going through the bags of bills I found yesterday and I'd like to get that all sorted this week. I expect most of it will just be for the recycling bin, but there will be some I'll want to keep and file.
I'm going to struggle today. Even after sitting down for an hour last night (did I put a picture of a little man sitting on a toilet yesterday instead of just sitting down????) I still couldn't sleep. I was still awake at 2am!So I've only had a few hours sleep. I'll be doing my auto pilot style work, I think!!!
Right, I need to do my best impression of looking deep in concentration and very busy in the hope that no one will bring any ad hoc work my way!
Have a great day x0 -

Well I really do seem to have found some organising energy. Getting home this evening I decided to go through a handful or so of the old bills I found, but I've actually sorted everything out now and it's all in it's respective piles waiting to be filed away or removed. I'm not going to recycle the paper in the removed pile as it's got a lot of personal information. At some point this week or weekend I'll use my incinerator and burn it all.
I didn't find nearly as much information on old credit cards or loans though so I'm a little baffled where they could be. Possibly in the loft, but I want the house to be clear before I start up there. Another possibility is that I threw it all away, but that doesn't sound like me, so I'm sure they'll be somewhere.
I also found some little treasures hidden away with the paperwork so they'll be on ebay very soon. I'm pleased with how well I did with getting over the excitement of finding those things I'd forgotten about and then adding them to the eBay photoshoot pile. Normally I'd have thought of all sorts of uses and reasons to keep them. One of those items I've just looked up and there's just one on Amazon for £30, so I'll check the quality of it and then it'll be on sale. I have to admit I do feel a bit anxious at the thought of just getting rid of those things, but it's good to challenge myself.
I'm almost pleased I've been such a hoarder as well as a spender as it's meant there's plenty to sell and always lots of stuff being found. I also found a paper pasting table, so that can be taken on the next boot sale as we do struggle with space for everything.
Not a spendy day at all today. Hardly anything spent. The surplus has been thrown into my sealed pot and tomorrow's budget is now in my purse.
Right, I'd best get an early night in after last night's struggle. I hope everyone has had a great day and evening. x0
