i thought they came with a 2 year guarantee from the manufacturer? I'm sure mine did, and when I've contacted their c/s they have been ever so helpful, I'd bypass tesco and go straight to Krups. :)

yeh, when ours broke down as wed bought it online we just returned it to the manufacturer

I have had one of these machines for approx 2 years and it is used at least 5 times per day every day and touch wood it's still going strong. The mocha pods you can purchase direct from nestle dulce gusto are gorgeous x

DG give you a 2 year guarantee anyway

I had a leaking water tank and instead of going back to Argos, DG sent me a new tank. (they did take a while and annoying mis-information, ended up getting 2 chambers!!)

My favs are Mocha, Latte and Choccocino. Am trying to cut down as the price shot up and points scheme closed!!!

We've got one of these and the coffee is yum, but the price of pods....! Gasp!
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

I did get a £1 off voucher from Tesco if I bought 2 boxes of pods, trouble is I got through the pods twice as quick just because they were there lol I wish the pods were cheaper or went on offer now and then. Love the coffee though, we always buy Americano because I refuse to buy the flavours with only 8 drinks in a box!

Just checked the price of pods :eek::eek:, why are these machines so popular, I love strong black coffee, premium freeze dried instant is great, so why should I pay all that money for a machine and pods

Any one with one please comment

The only thing you NEED are the pods which are roughly off the top of my head about £3.78 a box of 16 although some boxes only have 8 drinks as they contain 8 milk pods too. They do have all sorts of accessories available but I dont have any of those.

I couldnt go back to instant after drinking the pods. If we dont have any pods in the house I drink tea because instant coffee tastes weak and bland now. My husband takes Carte Noir or Kenco Millicano to work but he wont drink them at home lol

It does work out expensive though so we try to limit the amount of pods we use or we would be spending over £7 a week on coffee at home!

This is the same price as the Senseo from Argos which hubby has reserve for my Xmas pressie. Before he spends all this money, is either better than the other?
